<p>She is an Associate and Fellow of the Insurance Institute of South Africa.</p>
<p>She joined Diamond Insurance Company in 1988. It was ranked thirteenth out of fourteen insurance companies in Zimbabwe at that time. Within five years, the company ranked third, thanks to Muradzikwa’s leadership. In 2002, NICOZ and Diamond Insurance Company merged to form NICOZ Diamond and Muradzikwa is credited for its listing on the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange (ZSE) that same year. She also became the first woman in the country to lead and head a ZSE listed company. There are only two others to have achieved this after her.</p>

Among other issues she coordinates various insurance market development interventions by liaising with development partners and industry registrants to implement the National Financial Inclusion Framework (NFIF), National Financial Education Framework (NFEF), Micro Insurance Strategy (MIS) and National Insurance Education Strategy (NIES) for insurance market inclusiveness and penetration in Tanzania. She is a member of Micro Insurance Technical Working Group (TWG) and Steering Committee. Before joining the Regulator, Adelaida worked with the National Insurance Corporation of Tanzania for 17 years under in various capacities and was mainly involved in product development, marketing and promotion of insurance products, consumer awareness as well as risk management.</p>

She also coordinates the Secretariat of African Financial Alliance on Climate Change (AFAC), an initiative launched by the African Development Bank to mobilise, catalyse and leverage domestic climate finance. AFAC creates peer learning and exchanges within Africa's financial industry on issues related to climate risk and risk disclosures; as weak as green investment opportunities. she is a lead on the Bank's climate finance tracking and reporting as well as climate due diligence for the Bank's $2 billion green bonds portfolio. Davinah is Rwandan national and holds a Masters Degree in Economics for Rural Development from the University of Manchester, UK.</p>
