PSG Insure, part of South Africa’s largest independent adviser network, has partnered with BMW Financial Services (South Africa) (Pty) Ltd (‘BMW Finance’) to offer its customers quality advice and competitive insurance solutions.

From 1 March 2019, customers purchasing a BMW, MINI, Motorrad or other brand of vehicle through BMW Finance or ALPHERA will have access to comprehensive motor and combined personal insurance solutions administered by the PSG Short-term Administration Platform. If they need advice on the suitability of their cover or how to structure their policies, they can contact a short-term insurance adviser at the PSG Insure Client Care Centre. They can also opt for access to PSG Assist, a 24-hour service that includes assistance for motor, medical and home emergencies.

Customers can request an insurance quote or the assistance of a financial adviser through BMW Group’s in-house dealer network, Finance and Insurance (F&I) Advisers. Queries will be directed to the PSG Short-term Administration platform and a representative from PSG will contact the customer to attend to their insurance needs.

The F&I advisers are based at their authorised financial services providers and BMW dealerships, so customers have quick and easy access to insurance protection for their new and used vehicle purchases. In addition, its partnership with PSG – a leading independent financial services group – reinforces BMW’s customer values of “Trust, Care and Ease”.
