This Women’s Month, COVER is proud to launch the Woman of Impact Award, recognising women whose behind-the-scenes leadership drives innovation, growth, and cultural change.

Do you know a Woman in your organisation who:
Works primarily in a non-C-suite or non-media-facing role
Demonstrates strategic influence or technical leadership
Mentors others or uplifts her team
Has made a tangible impact on operations, outcomes, or culture
Nominate her today!
She could be an actuary, underwriter, compliance officer, product developer, data analyst, or any other silent force driving meaningful change.
Judges will assess nominees based on:

How it works
Nominations close on the 24th of July, thereafter, finalists are selected by a panel of industry judges. A full feature will be published on the 17th of August 2025 in the August edition of COVER Magazine.
