The Value of a Short-term Insurance Broker

To start off the conversation Tony asked Criag if he could give him a background of his brokerage.

The insurance environment has changed quite a bit with everything being fast paced and people wanting instant service. With this in mind, Tony wanted to know from Craig how this new environment has effect his brokerage and how they have adapted to still provide value to the client.
