The Protection of Personal Information Act (PoPIA) with speaker Elizabeth de Stadler
A few weeks ago, we woke up to a doom’s day clock on the Information Regulator’s website counting down from 100 days until POPIA is enforceable (from 1 July 2021). In the meantime, the Information Regulator is issuing media releases and guidance notes left, right and centre.
