He holds a Master’s Degree in IO Psychology at Unisa (Cum Laude). He has extensive consulting experience and has designed and delivered organisation development solutions to over 40 organisations across the globe. He founded Human Interest, a specialist Organisation Development Consulting Firm in 2015. Following continuous and significant growth and value-add to clients year-on-year, Human Interest was recognised by peers as a leading Industrial and Organisational Psychology firm in South Africa. They received the 2020 SIOPSA Presidential Award as Category Winner in Business of the Year. He is one of the first of an exclusive group of athletes to represent South Africa on youth, junior and senior national level. He has competed across the world, which exposed him to elite mindsets. He is passionate about people’s potential and have worked with global leaders, Olympic athletes and league winning sports teams to achieve their goals. He is the mastermind behind Human Interest’s sought-after Elite Team Development Programme and loves to extract characteristics of high-performing sports squads and transforming it into tailored solutions for organisational teams. He is a respected thought leader on team dynamics and is a regular invitee to address Executive Teams and Conference Delegates.
