That is the whole idea of human when we want it; trying to find that balance. What came out is that we need to understand the client on a granular basis, and this is where data comes in.</p><!-- /wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><p>So, everybody is talking about data being the new oil and everyone has realized that this is a critical issue.
