Event Cancellation Policy

• All cancellations must be submitted in writing to events@fpi.co.za
• Substitutions are permitted at no additional cost with prior written notice in advance

Event Refund Policy

• More than 7 working days prior – 100% refund
• 7 to 4 working days prior – 75% refund
• 3 working days or less prior – no refund
• Non-attendance will be treated as a late cancellation and no refunds or credits will be issued
• Approved refunds will be processed within 14–21 working days or may be held as a credit for future events

Important Notice for Company Registrations and Billing

If you are registering on behalf of a company or require billing to a company, please follow the process outlined below:

• Only authorized company administrators may register or make purchases on behalf of the company
• Company name and VAT details cannot be added to an individual registration.
• To include company details and a VAT number on the invoice, the registration must be completed as a company registration. This is because the VAT number is linked to the company, not to an individual.
