Infiniti Insurance has announced that it is sponsoring the Cape Town-based Hamilton Sea Point Rugby Football Club Junior division, catering for the coaching of young players from the predominately disadvantaged background. The sponsorship will provide the club with financial support, as well as equipment, while the team will play in the Infiniti Insurance’s branded jerseys.

Hamilton Rugby Football Club or Hammies as it is affectionately known, was established on 14 March 1875, making it the oldest rugby football club in South Africa. The club has been providing rugby programmes for young boys and adults in Cape Town and surrounding townships such as Khayelitsha. The club offers a variety of programmes, including juniors and youth teams. The juniors cater for boys from 6 to 14 years of age but this year the junior division expanded to accommodate a U14 team.

Their support will allow us to continue to provide quality rugby programmes for our community, especially for the kids coming from disadvantaged areas like Khayelitsha.
