Shortlist Announced for the 11th Pan-African Re/Insurance Journalism Awards

Continental Reinsurance is pleased to announce the 30 finalists shortlisted for the prestigious 11th Pan-African Re/Insurance Journalism Awards.

Following a rigorous Judges’ Roundtable held on March 20, 2026, a panel of distinguished industry experts and veteran media professionals evaluated 184 entries submitted from across the African continent. The finalists were selected based on the quality, analytical depth, originality, and the real-world impact of their reporting on the re/insurance industry.

The winners and runners-up will be officially unveiled during an awards ceremony scheduled for April 16–17, 2026, in Kigali, Rwanda, held alongside the CEO Summit. Category winners will receive the unique opportunity to attend the events, and engage directly with key stakeholders, including policymakers and global industry leaders.
