AIE2021 Panelist: Disaster management, what are we doing as a collective or planning to do

In the run up to the AIE 2021 annual conference we will be doing a series of conversations around the topics to be covered during the conference and in this episode we talk to Beat Strebel, Managing Director, Head of Middle East & Africa at Swiss Re.

Beat will be talking on the very interesting topic of disaster management which comes in all sorts of forms, from climate change, natural events to events like those currently taking place in South Africa or the Beirut explosion and more. All these have to be managed on the ground and obviously have a big fallout for the insurance industry. In this conversation we get a bit of a sneak peak into Beat's presentation at the conference.
