Incentivising staff in the new world of work

One of the difficult things currently, is that people work remotely, people work part-time, people work project based, and then you have full-time staff that are working in isolation on their own and sometimes in a team but sitting somewhere remote. This makes it quite a difficult environment in which to keep staff motivated.
