The Insurance Sector Education and Training Authority's (INSETA) primary purpose is to grow the pool and quality of critical and scarce skills within the insurance sector. These skills enhance the sector while supporting the transformation of the country.

It seems only fitting for Gugu Mkhize - with her wealth of knowledge and expertise in Strategic Leadership; Strategies and Policies Development; Business Processes and Systems Design/ Reengineering; Stakeholder Relations Management; Corporate Social Investment; Strategic Communication Methodologies, Branding and Communication Management; Corporate Governance, Monitoring and Evaluations, Project Management, Office and Facilities Management; IT Management; Property Management; Transformation and Change Management; Business Planning and Budget Management and Risk Management - to be the new CEO of this education and Training Authority.

We recently caught up with Gugu and asked her to tells us a bit more about her background and plans for the future of INSETA and training.
