The changing face of motor Insurance with Grant Cross

Motor Insurance has been almost like the base of the short term insurance industry in South Africa as South Africans love their cars. It must therefore be quite something to have to compete against all the direct insurers and everybody out there that's trying to make motor insurance unique, to stand out amongst the many. We decided that Grant Cross, director of Motor Acceptances, who are celebrating 21 years in business, as the perfect person to talk to on the topic.

We asked Grant if he could give us a little bit of background as to the changes he has seen in the motor insurance industry over the last 21 years and how they have kept up?
