Companies and businesses have a heritage and a history and they informs who you are as a company and what you do. PPS recently celebrated their 80th birthday and we caught up with Izak Smit, CEO of PPS to talk about why the heritage of a company is so important. We also chatted about the great need to recognise and grow the graduate fraternity in South Africa.
