The Insurance Innovation Journey – key takeaways from Lireas’ presentation

A decade ago saw Gillian le Cordeur take on the CEO role at the Institute of Risk Management South Africa (IRMSA). Back then IRMSA was a small relatively unknown association and the profession of risk management was still relatively unknown, but under her guidance, it has grown to become a well-known and highly respected association and profession.

We caught up with Gillian to ask her is she could tell us in her own words about her ten year journey as CEO of IRMSA.
